The touching moment where Janey’s pet Honey couldn’t contain her enthusiasm, leaping and whimpering with glee in a demonstration of unbreakable relationships that could soften even the hardest of hearts, was recorded in the heartfelt Instagram photo.
The Scottish comic, who is well-known for her spot-on lip sync imitation of Nicola Sturgeon’s pandemic briefings, has thrilled her admirers on social media with adorable photos of her adorable dog.
As Honey cuddles up to Janey , the lovely clip captures her tail wagging furiously with excitement. The emotional situation is perfectly captured by the comedian’s own words, “All the love.” Thousands of fans flocked to the star’s comments section to offer their best wishes. One fan wrote: “I’ve been thinking about you and wondering how your fur baby is doing these past few days. I will be praying for you.”

Janey had to accept her rapidly declining health after receiving her initial ovarian cancer diagnosis in November 2021. She bravely chose to seek hospice care, believing that all treatment options had been exhausted.
Janey, a single mother, exuberantly declared on X that she had received the all-clear in 2022 after a scan revealed “no evidence of disease”. Sadly, she then informed her fans that an additional scan had revealed symptoms of the illness in her belly.
Due to her sickness, she was forced to postpone her tour until autumn of 2024. Janey sent her admirers the heartbreaking news about X just a month ago, informing them that she was now receiving end-of-life care.
