The Kwankwasiyya movement’s leader uttered, “Please, I don’t want to discuss. Please don’t pull me into anything that I shouldn’t be pulled into. The party’s chairman has already talked and is still speaking. Make contact with him.
Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), and Muhammad Diggol, the Commissioner of Transport, were suspended as a result of growing internal party strife, according to Daily Trust.
The party chairman, Hashim Sulaiman Dungurawa, explained that the suspension was due to allegations of disrespect toward the party, abuse of power, and disloyalty.
The suspension occurred shortly after Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf led a reconciliation effort between the SSG and members of his constituency.
The SSG’s Bichi has also distanced himself from a new campaign that advocates for a break between Kwankwaso and Governor Yusuf. The campaign goes by the name “Abba Tsaya da Kafarka,” which translates to “Abba stand on your own.”
