As of March 22, 2025, the head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks men’s basketball team is John Calipari.
A Naismith Hall of Fame coach, Calipari was appointed as the 14th head coach of the Razorbacks on April 10, 2024, after stepping down from his 15-year tenure at Kentucky.
Under Calipari’s leadership, the Razorbacks have made significant strides. Notably, they secured an upset victory over the 2-seed St. John’s Red Storm in the NCAA Tournament, advancing to the Sweet 16.
Prior to Calipari’s arrival, Eric Musselman served as the head coach from 2019 to 2024. Musselman departed to become the head coach at the University of Southern California (USC) following the 2023–24 season.
